Orchard Court was recently contacted by a private owner who has a portfolio of facilities. A number of years ago they decided to purchase a beautiful Nursing Home and Assisted Living in a state which they were considering expanding to.
After operating the facility for a number of years, the owner decided that it was time to sell and focus their team efforts back at home.
