Orchard Court was recently contacted by a private owner who was looking to sell his assisted living facility. The assisted living ran into extreme financial trouble, the owner was unable to pay his bills, as the facility was losing heavily. The seller was looking for a seasoned operator to take over ASAP, cut his losses and prevent bankruptcy.
Orchard Court commenced work immediately, conducted a lightning speed process and was able to locate a regional owner/operator who was up for the task. Our action essentially saved the facility and owner from bankruptcy and allowed for the facility to stay in business and turn around to become a profitable and thriving facility.
